We are going away for the holidays and looking for a responsible subletter to rent our 2br townhouse in EV from December 9 - January 3.

The townhouse has washer/dryer in unit, two floors, one bathroom, and a small yard. It is in the middle of two very idyllic parks, in a gated courtyard with easy parking. (Barnes courtyard for those familiar with EV). We have a comfy living room with a large HD smart-TV setup with Netflix, cable, and high speed internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances &c you can think of. We might also be able to lend our car to the subletter. We have two aquatic turtles who will need to be fed once a week.

The rent is $2,007/month, which is far below market rate for the area, and we would prorate that rent for the sublet period. Cable TV is $60/month, and we also have a cleaning crew who come weekly, and who charges $65/week - and we would like to keep them on during the sublet period.
