I am subletting my room (in Escondido Village, 3 bedroom 1 bath, triple occupancy), from 12/03/2015 to 01/02/2016. The apartment contains a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stoves, fridge etc.) and a bathroom (with bath-tub containing shower) and is fully furnished (bed, desk and chair, closet, bookcase etc.). There are also a lounge, and a (free) laundry room close to the apartment. Utilities (electricity, water, internet) included.
