Dates: Nov. 21st - Nov. 29th
Location: Middlefield Rd at Homer St. (between Homer and Forest)

2BR/1BA. Room, kitchen and living room are pretty spacious.
$700 incl. internet and utilities.

$1,700 due at time of agreement, includes:
$700 rent, utilities for the entire period
$1,000 deposit that I will give back to you at the end

Sublease agreement must be signed.
