We are going away for the holidays and looking for a responsible subletter to rent our 1br apartment in College Terrace (5 min from the Campus) from December 24 - January 10.

The apartment has a big living room with a comfy couch and high speed internet. The attached kitchen is fully equipped. The spacious bedroom has a king bed and a toddler bed. There is a washer/dryer at the apartment complex. The apartment is on the first floor of a quiet apartment complex with a small patio in front and access to a roof terrace. Asking 70$ per night.

The apartment is just 5 min away from the campus and 5 min walking distance from California Avenue where you can find lots of restaurants, supermarkets and other shops.
We might also be able to lend our car to the subletter.
