Our wonderful 3-bedroom Escondido Village apartment is available for one month, from December 11, 2015, until January 9, 2016.
The apartment includes fully-equipped kitchen, living room (the sofa opens to a queen bed), 3 bedrooms (a master bedroom, kids room and a study with another queen bed) and a beautiful patio (with herbs garden and gas grill) .
We have washer, dryer and dishwasher as well as a 32" LCD TV (with Netflix and Amazon Prime streaming).
Rent is $2,500 per month (we would consider subletting for shorter terms).
