It’s a fully furnished private bedroom in a 2-bedroom efficiency apartment in EV. That means that you have your own private bedroom, and you share a kitchen and a bathroom with my lovely roommate; the apartment does not have a living room. Included in the rent: laundry in the building, unlimited calls to US numbers from the landline, and unlimited internet.

$25/day or $500 for the whole period

$200 refundable security deposit

Stanford has strict subletting regulations. I'm required to find a subletter who is:

• female (my roommate is female)
• over the age of 18
• not an undergrad and not in high school (might be able to sublet to a Stanford undergrad… maybe)
• affiliated to Stanford during the sublicense period
• You cannot live with your spouse or partner – only one occupant
• No pets, no smoking in the building
• Neat, responsible, considerate: i.e. not loud
