I am subletting my studio in Escondido Village, available Dec. 11 - Jan. 6. The apartment contains a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stoves, fridge etc.) and a bathroom (with bath-tub containing shower) and is fully furnished (double bed, desk and chair, closet, bookcase etc.). There are also a lounge, a computer lab and a (free) laundry room in the building. Utilities (electricity, water, internet) included.
