We are traveling for Christmas break and are subletting our furnished 2BR/2BA apartment. Perfect place if your family is coming in town to visit for Christmas.

Location: Maple Street, Redwood City (15 min. drive from Stanford's campus, 5 min. walk to CalTrain)
Details: 2BR/2BA. Rooms, kitchen and living room are pretty spacious. (will send photos upon request). incl. internet and utilities, washer & dryer in the unit, access to gym, heated pool, hot tub.
Price: $1,800 for 15 days & 14 nights. (This is less than what we pay in rent for the same period of time). Also a $500 deposit due at time of agreement that will be given back, pending no damages.

We are also open to negotiating if you will only need the space for a shorter amount of time.
