My bedroom is available for rent during the period of Dec 13 to Dec 28. I would prefer someone who can take it for at least a week during this time. My roommate will not be there so you have the entire apartment for yourself. There is no living room, just a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. You won't have to share the space with anyone.

All utilities, furniture and internet included. I have utensils and cooking pots and pans for you to use in the kitchen.

If rent for the whole period the rate is $350.
One week is $170.
