My wife and I are traveling for Christmas break and are subletting our very nice furnished 2BR/2BA w/ gym & hot tub at a below market price.

Dates: Dec. 17 - Dec. 31
Location: Redwood City (15 min. drive from Stanford's campus, 5 min. walk to CalTrain)
Details: 2BR/2BA. Rooms, kitchen and living room are spacious and very nice. (will send photos upon request). incl. internet and utilities, washer & dryer in the unit, access to gym, heated pool, hot tub.
Price: $1,500 for 15 days & 14 nights. (This is much less than what we pay in rent for the same period of time). Also a $500 deposit due at time of agreement that will be given back, pending no damages.

We are also open to negotiating if you will only need the space for a shorter amount of time.
