The master bedroom is available for rent. It has its own private bathroom and two sinks. it is fully furnished. We get our place cleaned every other week. the room is furnished with a Cal king bed and tempurpedic mattress (the mattress alone is $3000!) wardrobe with pant hanger, shoe racks,
shelves, desk and chair. The rent is $1300 plus $150 for utilities and the cleaning cost.

we have in-unit laundry and attached gated garage.

You don't need to worry about toilet pater, paper towel, laundry detergent, dish washer detergent, or any other cleaning supplies as they are already available in the house.

you are more than welcome to use all the kitchenware (plates, pans, knives, forks, etc) but please wash after yourself right away and put them back.

roommates are young professionals, PhD student and the other working at Google. We are pet-free, non-smoker, don't do drugs, pretty chill / laid back. we are quiet but outgoing and very friendly. we don't usually cook during the week and only cook maybe every other weekend or so. We sometimes go for a hike over the weekend or biking across golden gate.

If you are also looking for a short term car rental, please let me know. I have a 2013 Honda Insight, very clean, low mileage, practically brand new. I have always taken very good care of my car, and I will take care of all the maintenance, registration fees, etc moving forward. All I ask you is to treat it as if it is your car, keep it clean, and take it to a car wash at least once a month. No smoking in the car, no texting and driving, no drinking and driving, etc. monthly rate is $400 per month. Insurance is seperate. The rent includes 1000 miles per month. any excess miles driven will be $0.20 per mile. Security deposit is one month of rent.
