We are renting out one of the rooms in our two-bed/one bath apartment occupied by one male for the amount of 1395 per month.

• Very Spacious, quiet, it is Fully Furnished (everything in the photo will be removed by Dec 21)
• We'll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom (never been a problem, always extremely clean)

Dates: Dec 19 - Feb 19. We are looking for a one month to longer commitment.

Location:Very Convenient Location (7 min. drive from Stanford's campus, 15 min. walk to CalTrain)
Details: Rooms, kitchen and living room are spacious and very nice. (will send photos upon request). incl. internet and utilities, washer & dryer, close to Fitness Center/gym, Grocery.

This is much less than what you pay for hotel per day or week. Also a $300 deposit due at time of agreement that will be given back, pending no damages.
