We are looking for a roommate to sublet the master bedroom in our fully furnished two-bedroom apartment in Mountain View! Room is spacious and includes private bathroom. The apartment is peaceful and clean and almost all appliances are new. Roommate has a cat who is very sweet and self-sufficient. The apartment is close to the San Antonio Caltrain, as well as Trader Joes, Safeway, Whole Foods, Target, and Google. Sublet available between January-July, 2016. Rent is $1450 plus the cost of utilities.
Subletter will be living with a 30-year-old female graduate student who lives a fairly quiet and low key life. Occasionally, current roommate will host a friend or two at the apartment for dinner and a movie in the living room, but she does not throw larger parties in the apartment. Subletter can have guests/friends over, as long as they are respectful of apartment and furniture. Current roommate has a cat, who is very sweet and whose main concerns are being fed, sleeping and occasionally playing or cuddling ;)
The manager of the apartment is on site, and is very nice and responsive if there is an issue in the apartment (which happens infrequently).
