Premium Studio Apartment (Hastorf) in Kennedy Neighborhood for $58 per day, beginning as early as March 5th and ending no later than April 4th (for Stanford students or affiliates). It is a fully furnished 4th floor apartment that was built less than 2 years ago. Quiet neighbors. Great views. Minimal direct sunlight (windows facing north). Large closet and large bathroom. The apartment can be subletted to one person OR one couple.

Priority goes towards those who wish to and are able to rent for the entire period. If no one is interested in the entire period, 2 subletters renting for roughly half the time each will be considered next (in this case, I will request a safety deposit because of multiple renters). Must pay full amount in advance (cash or check). If interested, you can make an appointment to visit my apt. to address any questions before signing contract. Apartment will be available completely clean (and expected to be received in same condition). Full set of dishes, silverware, spices, and cleaning materials are also available for you to use.

If interested, let me know what are your preferred rental dates as well as dates you are willing to rent for (for instance, "I would ideally like to rent from March 15 to April 4th, but if necessary, I am willing to rent from March 5th to April 4th, etc."). I will wait until February 12th for any potential renters for the full period, and if there are none, I will then coordinate with subletters willing to share the time between them.

Note: The bed is raised and I intend to leave 3-4 suitcases of non-valuables beneath the bed; if this is a problem, you should look for a different apartment to sublet. I also plan on leaving up most of my posters/artwork on the walls - you may take them down during your stay (and place them under the bed) as long as you put them back before checking out.
