We are looking for a female roommate to sublet a cozy room just a couple of miles from downtown Mountain View. We are two young professionals looking for someone to take the spot of our 3rd roommate, who will be out of the country. The sublet is from the end of March through the end of July; an extension will be possible if we sign another year lease.

The apartment is walking distance from Caltrain and there is access to all you will need close by. We are friendly, neat and tidy, quiet on weekdays and active on weekends. We do not smoke, and there is one small dog in the house (Boston Terrier).

You will have a private room upstairs with a shared bathroom. You will also have access to the large common areas downstairs - living room and kitchen (pictures were taken before we moved in). There are washer and dryer upstairs and free street parking, incl. overnight. The apartment is a block away from the Hetch Hetchy trail and also has a back patio and pool access.

We are 2 miles from downtown Mountain View and about 7 miles from the Stanford campus. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood. The rent is $1340 and utilities depend on the month. You will not find a nicer apartment for this price!
