Job Description:

• Program Assistants work closely with the Program Manager and administration to ensure that the executives who attend our programs enjoy a high-quality, well-run program.
• This is a full-time summer position but hours will vary. Some early mornings and late evenings are required. Work on weekends may also be required. Appropriate attire will be emphasized.
• Part time hours (4 hours per week) for training may start in May.
• Administrative responsibilities include photocopying, faxing, data entry, filing, printing and collating documents, assembling educational materials, assembling gift bags, putting together folders of information, arranging for transportation, helping set-up classrooms and running miscellaneous errands (on and off campus). Other responsibilities include working with Program Leads and professors, knowledge of classroom audio-visual equipment, arranging social functions.
