Job Description:
Program Assistants work closely with the Program Manager and administration to ensure that the executives who attend our programs enjoy a high-quality, well-run program.
This is a full-time summer position but hours will vary. Some early mornings and late evenings are required. Work on weekends may also be required. Appropriate attire will be emphasized.
Part time hours (4 hours per week) for training may start in May.
Administrative responsibilities include photocopying, faxing, data entry, filing, printing and collating documents, assembling educational materials, assembling gift bags, putting together folders of information, arranging for transportation, helping set-up classrooms and running miscellaneous errands (on and off campus). Other responsibilities include working with Program Leads and professors, knowledge of classroom audio-visual equipment, arranging social functions.
