My roommate and I are both away for the summer and are subletting our 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment from June to September. The apartment building was completed last year year, so the apartment is very new. It is very clean and well-decorated, fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dishware, etc.). There is laundry in the next building, and lots of nearby parking. $1,500 per person per month. We will rent it to two people together, or individually.
