I graduated two years ago (Class of 2013) and had no idea what I was doing. Fast forward two years and I have helped a tech company in the HCM / SaaS space get acquired and succeed post acquisition and I consult with other companies in the Bay Area and on the east coast.

I learned a ton around how to land a great job that will teach you tons about the tech sector and help you grow in a solid role.

There is a lot of opportunity out there and a tremendous amount of companies looking for amazing talent, you do not have to CS major and you do not even need amazing grades. Just have to be have good ability to read and write and present yourself properly ;)

There are lots of jobs in Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, Operations that are easy to land and (pay really really well) you just need to know where to look and how.

With some small tricks you can get in front of the hiring managers without having to apply through dozens upon dozens of jobs sites or careers pages.

Internal recruiters are not compensated enough to check those (trust me, I have worked with these people for the past two years).
