The apartment is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in an Escondido Village mid-rise. The apartment has a kitchen, living room, 2 closets, large floor-to-ceiling windows, and a sliding glass door that opens onto a balcony.

Includes Stanford residential WiFi, free in-building laundry, and all utilities. Room comes furnished.

The building also has a lobby, basement lounge, and common space for study groups and cable TV.

Price for sublet is $1760 per month, all inclusive.
