Who: Looking for a female young professional or graduate/visiting student to fill a room in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Menlo Park. You would be living with 2 female young professionals who are friendly, love cooking, exercising, and hanging out.

What: The available room is spacious with a great closet that has built in shelves and drawers. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. You have access to a pool and washer/dryer units as part of the complex.

Where: You would be a block away from a Safeway and Starbucks. You would also be walking distance of marguerite stop that can take you to Stanford campus. It is also biking distance of campus. We are located a 5 minute drive from downtown menlo park and 10 minutes from downtown palo alto.

When: The room will be available starting March 12th. The move out date is ideally right after Stanford graduation. If you are looking for longer term housing you could likely stay at this townhouse if you are willing to find housemates if any current housemates decide to move on.

How much: $1400/month + utilities
