Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (1 master, 3 single rooms, 1 bathroom 1 laundry room)
Downstairs: storage, living room x2, kitchen, outdoor patio. The common areas (living room, family room, dining room, updated kitchen with dishwasher) are all very clean and fully furnished.

Room for Rent: Furnished with bed, desk, chair (room has a sliding door closet). See pictures
Housemates: 3 housemates; 1 in a master bedroom, 2 in other rooms. All roommates are female young professionals. Everyone is very nice, quite, clean, and respectful.
Bathroom: Shared with 2 other tenants
Locations: Very safe neighborhood in East Palo Alto, near IKEA, with easy to Hwy 101 and nearby shopping (Mi Pueblo, IKEA, Nordstrom Rack). It is only a 10-15min drive (30min bike ride) to Stanford and University Avenue. There is a 2 car garage and ample street parking.
