I am subletting my bedroom in a 2 bedroom 1 bath, double occupancy apartment in Escondido Village, Stanford. Renter has to be male by university policy. Rent is $1,083/month with an initial deposit of $500 (standard Stanford housing rate).

Max rental period is June 13 - Sept 16 (rent prorated).

Apt is fully furnished and has everything you will need (full kitchen incl microwave, toaster oven, blender, etc). Room has bed, mattress, linens if needed, closet, desk, bookshelf, chair, lamps, free laundry, fast WiFi. 42” HDTV with Chromecast in living room.

There is a patio (with table and several chairs) and a grass field behind the apartment to be enjoyed throughout the summer. It’s one of the nicest low rises in Escondido village. One male roommate (Mech. Eng. PhD student) who is awesome, respectful, and easy to get along with :)

Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
