I am subletting my private bedroom in a 2 bedroom double occupancy on-campus apartment at Stanford. The room is available from June 18 to September 23. The rent will be $1000 per month (negotiable)

You will have a private bedroom and shared bathroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen (with a female roommate, who is a PhD student and is really nice). The apartment is brand new and fully furnished. It has almost everything you need (dishes, oven, microwave, refrigerator, stove, dining table, chairs, sofa, TV). The bedroom has bed, mattress, table, chair, bookcase, closet. Free laundry. Fast WIFI. There is a patio. Parking slot available (parking permit required). It is OK to rent only part of the posted time range.
