We have an amazing 1BR furnished sublet for JUNE 2016 in a big 6BR/3BA house on the Stanford golf course, just a 9 minute bike ride from the Stanford University and hospital.

ROOM: Huge (20ft X 20ft)! It has a big window that overlooks the golf course and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, dresser, futon couch, desk/chair, and built-in shelves. The bathroom is shared with one other person.

HOUSE: A ton of great amenities:-- big, furnished backyard with barbecue and fire pit; big oak trees that keep the house cool in the summer; and easy parking on the street; big kitchen with two refrigerators, and garage with washer/dryer and plenty of storage.

ROOMIES: We are a kind, respectful, outgoing and active group. Together we are three men and two women, of which two are medical students, three are scientists. Socially, we have a nice mix of "doing our own thing" in the hospital/lab, but also hanging out together in the evenings/weekends. Living-wise, we are a respectable group who cleans up after ourselves, and keeps the noise to a minimum at night.

LOCATION: We're located ridiculously close to campus -- a <10 minute bike ride. We're a 3 minute drive (10 minute bike) from Safeway, a 10 minute drive to Caltrain (and to California Ave), and are about as close to the 280 as you can get (which is a huge benefit since traffic going through Palo Alto to try to get to 101 is really tough).
