Ideal rental period is from June 20th to Sept. 20th. Dates are flexible but preference will be given to those who can rent for approximate 3 months.

The apartment is a low-rise, newly furnished and well maintained (the apartment as a whole was renovated last Fall). Subleasing needs to be approved by Stanford subleasing office. Only Stanford affiliates (graduate student, post-doc, visiting scholar, faculty or staff) are eligible to apply. Undergraduates are not eligible to sublicense. This is Stanford policy and therefore is not negotiable. Sorry.
