I am moving out for a few months and am offering my wonderful room in Noe Valley for rent. My roommates and I are looking for someone who is clean and considerate, especially in the common spaces. Extra credit if you want to be friends with your roommates :)

The room: Large 12'x12' room with two big windows with a view, lots of light, furnished with bed, closet, and dresser. All my personal belongings will be removed.

Availability: Somewhat flexible, the room is available for all or part of the period from mid-April to late July/early August.

The house: Beautiful remodeled Victorian home with lots of sunlight, hardwood floors, washer and dryer (!!), dishwasher (!!), and shared yard

The roomies: You will be sharing the house with 3 other girls (26-29 years old), who are all around amazing and work full-time at Stanford/Apple/Google.

The neighborhood: In the heart of Noe Valley, by 24th street shops and restaurants (Whole Foods, Philz), 15min walk to bart, On Google/ Apple bus route

Rent: $1263/month + utilities and internet
Security deposit: 1 months rent
