I'm looking to sublet my room in Blackwelder high-rise in Escondido Village from June 12 until September 16.

The room is quite, clean with a double bed. Great location! The price is $800 a month (very affordable).

This is a two flat-mates efficiency apartment (each flat-mate has his own room). However the other flat-mate might not even be there for the summer and you may get the place all to yourself.
