This is an efficiency apartment, which means that it is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than any other apartments on campus...only $777/month! (2015-2016 Stanford rates).

The earliest available move-in date will be June 12, and the latest move-out date September 20.

I will be leasing one bedroom in a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom efficiency apartment in Quillen, Escondido Village. The apartment is fully furnished, with a desk, desk chair, lounge chair, bed, dresser, and small kitchen table. The renter is welcome to bring additional furniture, but may want to see the size of the room beforehand.

I will be storing my belongings in the apartment or in another space within the building, so if the renter would like me to leave kitchen items, linens, etc. for their use, feel free to let me know! I would also be happy to allow use of my bicycle (we can work out an agreement about this in detail later).
