2 bedroom, 1 bath townhouse-style furnished apartment. Perfect for a couple or young family. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed. The small second bedroom has a crib and changing table. The unit includes a cozy living room equipped with sofas, desks, and a television. The large outside patio opens onto a community park and playground area. The unit is located on Stanford University's campus in Escondido Village (Stanford Family Housing).

Per university subletting rules, applicants must be affiliated with Stanford University (i.e.,summer school students, post-docs, etc.). Additionally, subletters may not be undergraduates, but there is likely an exception for undergraduates with children. No pets allowed.

Rent includes internet, trash, water, and electricity. Rent also includes unlimited use of the University's laundry facilities. Additionally, we are willing to negotiate with prospective subletters regarding use of our in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Applicants should be clean and respectful of owners' property. Some areas of the unit will be off limits, such as our storage closet.

$1200 security deposit required.
