I am leaving campus this summer and would like to sublease my apartment from June 15, 2016 to September 25, 2016.

The apartment is in the Kennedy residence, Rosse building. It is brand new (opened in 2015) and very clean. The kitchen is furnished ( dishes, coffee machine, toaster & blender).
It is a shared apartment but you will have a private bathroom & Large Private bedroom.

Rent is $1300/month + $400 deposit.

Stanford requires that subletters are Stanford affiliated. Also, this is a female gender apartment.
