We have two rooms available in our 5BR 2.5-bath house in Sunnyvale, across the street from Ponderosa Park. Rent would be $900 per room if we can fill both rooms, utilities not included. The rooms are not furnished, but we have a washer and dryer, kitchen appliances, and an impressive board game collection. Readily available street parking and shared garage.
