House of Homer is 5-bedroom house in Palo Alto (at Homer Avenue and University, a ~10 minute bike ride to campus). Fully furnished. Lots of light. Big kitchen. Three bathrooms. Big yard. Friendly landlord.
Available mid-June through the end of August, but dates are negotiable. Full rent for the house is $8,250 per month ($1,650 per person if you split evenly). We will give preference to groups that are looking to rent the whole house, but if you are a smaller group and are OK sharing with some other folks, we will still consider you.
