I'm subletting a private furnished room with full-size bed, conveniently located on Stanford's campus - a 2 minute bike ride from the campus center or a 5-10 minute walk. The spacious 2-story apartment is shared with two female roommates, and includes a kitchen, dining area, living room, patio, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, and lots of storage space! It's getting renovated as we speak, so when you move in you'll have all new flooring, paint, and appliances. All utilities, kitchen gear, linens, AND use of my bicycle are included; off-street parking available for $30/month; free laundry is 50 steps away!

Per university policies, only Stanford affiliates (excluding undergraduates) can be considered; I would strongly prefer a nonsmoking female subletter who will stay the full three months.
