About the house:

• 5br/3ba house near Barron Park (very quiet and safe neighborhood).
• Fully furnished home, so you won't need to buy any furniture.
• Spacious kitchen with center island.
• 2500 sqft living space, sitting on a huge lot.
• Green backyard with sitting area and jacuzzi. (gardening and landscaping has been done)
• Walking distance away from most shops on El Camino in Palo Alto.
• 3 Minutes away from Stanford, Tesla, I-280, and other tech companies

The rent will be between $2000-$2500 depending on room and bathroom specification, not including utilities. There is an extra room available and we potentially need a 5th housemate. Only one person per room.

My housemates and I graduated in Computer Science a few years back from Stanford and we are all founders of Venture Capital funded startup companies in Silicon Valley. We are looking for a 4th, potentially 5th housemate. We prefer longer term housemates, but we can also work with shorter terms.
