I am subletting my bedroom in a 2 B/R 1 Bath apartment in Rains Housing, Stanford. According to University policy, the renter has to be a male Stanford affiliate, and the rent will be $1,083 per month.

Ideal rental period is from June 19th to Sept. 11th. Maximal rental period can be extended from ~June 15th to ~Sept. 20th. (Please do NOT contact me if you only want to sublease <= 2 months).

The apartment is on the top second floor, newly furnished and well maintained (the apartment as a whole was renovated last Fall, and my bedroom is renovated this March since I just moved in). You will enjoy fast WiFi, 24/7 access to the laundry room and spacious parking slots (parking permit required, $30/month). Subleasing needs to be approved by Stanford subleasing office. Only Stanford affiliates (graduate student, post-doc, visiting scholar, faculty or staff) are eligible to apply. Undergraduates are not eligible to sublicense. This is Stanford policy and therefore is not negotiable. Sorry.
