I am studying abroad this summer and am looking for someone to sublet my single-occupancy studio apartment located in Escondido Village. The on-campus apartment is available June 1 – Sept 23, 2016 and will cost $1361 a month (prorated). Additionally, I will need a $200 deposit, which I’ll return if the apt. is in good condition when I come back.

The rent also covers all utilities, wi-fi, and laundry. I will be leaving my kitchenware, air conditioner, cleaning supplies, & printer – all of which you are welcome to use. Not all apartments will have a really nice air conditioner like mine and you will absolutely need it this summer.

My studio is located on the 4th floor and comes fully furnished. The two windows overlook nothing but trees so there’s a lot of privacy. Please note, I can only sublet to incoming or current Stanford affiliates (see below). Looking forward to hearing from you!
