I am subletting a bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 1 bath shared house in Escondido Village. The room is available from June 3 through August 14.

The room is fully furnished with dresser, bookcase, bed, desk, chair, and bedside table. Common areas include dining table, sofa, oven/stove, microwave. Females only, please.

Monthly rent of $943/month includes all utilities and laundry facilities.

Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to sublicense. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
