A room in Rains graduate housing, in a 1st floor 2-bedroom apartment.
Linens, towels, dishes, and a bicycle will be provided (if the bicycle fits), free laundry room, all kitchen amenities possible. The room and apartment are clean and tidy, and the roommate is quiet and considerate.
The room is intended for single women only, and is perfect for the duration of the summer. Will be available June 15- September 20. I'm flexible, but would prefer someone to sublease it for the whole duration of the summer quarter.
The rent is 1083/month. I can be a little flexible on that too.
