1 bedroom available in Rains graduate housing - female apartment.
For the other three bedrooms, one will be unused (locked) and I'm not sure about the other two - those roommates are graduating. So you may have 2 roommates over the summer if Housing assigns people to those rooms.
No pets or smoking.

Available dates: 17 June to 23 September. There is a little flexibility with the dates.
Rent: 1077 per month (including utilities and internet)

My roommates and I are neat and clean, so the apartment is nice (although old - it is not a renovated Rains apt).
The bedroom is furnished, but no linens. The kitchen is also furnished (plates, bowls, silverware) and maybe toaster/microwave unless they are leaving with my graduating roommates. Living room furnished.
No dishwasher. Access to free laundry room behind apartment.
Apartment must be left in same condition, please!
