I am spending my summer in Europe and sublet my fully furnished room in Escondido Village (on campus housing) from Mid June until End of September 2016. Definitely flexible for the date range (just let me know.) Monthly rent is $940 per month (or $235 per week.) My room is the biggest one in the entire apartment. The full unit is a 3 bedroom 1 bath (two story, with kitchen and living area downstairs and bedrooms/bath upstairs.) There is a back patio that leads to grassy public courtyard, which is a park-like area. Neighbors are all graduate families, so it is really quiet and nice.

Your room: Furnished with bed/mattress, bedside table, desk, 2 chairs, dresser, and shelf in the bedroom. Also has a nice closet in the room too. High speed internet / phone hook ups in the room and in the living room downstairs too. Carpeted floor. You can park right out front if you get the parking permit for Escondido Village.
