I'm subletting my on-campus housing for the summer, from 6/15 to 9/24. There's flexibility on start/end dates, but preference goes to a female who can generally take the entire period. Rent is $1330/month + $350 refundable security deposit.

My apartment is on campus in Kennedy, which is in Escondido Village. The building was completed fall 2014 so everything is brand new and well-appointed. My room and private bathroom in a 2br, 2bath is clean and extremely spacious, with high ceilings. The place is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked w/dishes, glasses, cooking gadgets, etc.

• TV (w/ cable) lounges, pool table, ping pong table, computer room with printers, quiet study rooms
• plentiful bike parking (actually I might be open to lending you my bike too for the summer)

• Stanford Aerobics and Yoga - daily fitness classes

• Marguerite Shuttle stop is less than a 5 min walk
