We are happy to announce a meditation workshop brought by the Heartfulness Institute in two locations on campus today and tomorrow, Tuesday and Wednesday, 6-7pm.

If you ever wanted to learn how to meditate and experience the benefits of meditation, please join us at one or both workshops! Experienced meditators are also welcome.

We will discuss and experience relaxation and meditation techniques to enhance our emotional, physical and inner well-being.

The same workshop will be held in two different locations:
