The rental period is from June 19th to Sept. 11th. You can have up to 10 flexible days extending the moving in/out date as you like.

The apartment is on the top second floor, newly furnished and well maintained (the apartment as a whole was renovated last Fall, and my bedroom is renovated this March since I just moved in).
