2 bedroom, 1 bath townhouse-style furnished apartment. Perfect for two individual students or friends. The two bedrooms both have a twin-sized bed with other furnitures like desk, nightstand, chair, bookshelf and drawer. The two rooms are exactly the same, but the second one is a little bit smaller than the first one. The first room can be found in the pic. The unit includes a cozy living room equipped with sofas, desks, and we have everything in kitchen for you to use. The bathroom can be seen in the pic. The unit is located on Stanford University's campus in Escondido Village.

Per university subletting rules, applicants must be affiliated with Stanford University (i.e.,summer school students, post-docs, etc.). Additionally, subletters may not be undergraduates, but there is likely an exception for undergraduates with children. No pets allowed.

Rent includes internet, trash, water, and electricity. Rent also includes unlimited use of the University's laundry facilities. Applicants should be clean and respectful of owners' property. Some areas of the unit will be off limits, such as our storage closet.

$1000 security deposit required.
