One furnished (or unfurnished) large bedroom in a 5 bedroom house. 20 min bike ride/10 min drive from campus, near Gunn High School. $1225/month + utilities (internet/water) usually $50/month. Preference given to those who can pay in full for rent up front.

Currently we're a group of law students living in the house, but it might be a different set of folks depending on who is subletting. Huge livingroom/common area, washer/dryer in the house, dishwasher, and fruit trees outside. Great area for hiking and biking too.
