I am subletting my room for the time period between 6.10 to 9.23. It's a single room within a 2-floor house, with a twin-size bed, a table and a very comfortable office chair i bought from IKEA. My 2 housemates are moving out on June and I'm not sure whether other girls would move in, since this house would be under construction after October. Probably the house would be all yours.
The location is great, since it's near campus drive.
The price is 940$/month, but negotiable if you are staying for 3 months.
