We are subletting our 2 bedroom family unit for the entire Summer.

Features:

• fully equipped kitchen (no microwave) with washer and dryer
• living room featuring a digital piano, video projector (to watch movies)
• upstairs: bathroom (shower + toilet) and two bedrooms: one for parents with queen bed and one for child with crib (can be converted to toddler bed)
• private patio outside with access to green family courtyard
• subletters may use our two bikes (one male, one female) and Burley solo bike trailer for their child

Rent is $2007 per month (utilities included) plus a one-time $64 communications fee.

NB: We are renting out the apartment for the entire three months. This place is ideal for a family with 1-2 kids or a couple. Per Stanford regulations, we can only sublet to Stanford affiliates (not undergraduates).
