My room will be available June 17th-Sept 23 (dates are a little flexible). The rent is $1077 per month, and we can pro-rate if you won't be here for a complete month. $3231 for the entire summer between those dates. All utilities included. No pets or smoking.

It is a 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment. Shared bath, shared kitchen and and living room. Fully furnished kitchen. For the other three rooms in the apartment, one will be empty and you may have two roomies if Housing decides to assign someone. Can also gives you access to my bike.

Per the pictures above, I'll clean my room out so you can move in.
