I found a place so amazing I rented it a month before I can move in! I am looking for a subletter until then :) It comes complete with brand new furniture thanks to IKEA.

The room:
1 large (12' x 14') and bright, west facing bedroom in a spacious 2br/1ba apartment in mission/bernal heights (at cesar chavez & alabama). Utilities + wifi included.

Shared space:
Large kitchen and living room. Garage with storage space/laundry. Backyard/deck. Shared bathroom.

Flatmate:
Woman, works in consulting and hypoallergenic dog. Both very friendly!

Other info:
The apartment is in a nice, newly renovated, mission style 2-story building in a friendly neighborhood. Always sunny. 15 min walk to 24th street bart and heart of the mission with its restaurants and bars. 10 min bike ride to caltrain to get down to the Peninsula. Street parking is super easy in the area (no permit required). 101 and 280 are a 3 minute drive away.
